Start with this:
In terms of rooms, I'd like to use a similar setup to this year, so let's shoot for 3 rooms on each day for now with 1 of the rooms on the first day being a “big” room that the entire group can meet in for the morning and evening (for the vendor summit). The other two rooms can be smaller rooms, and for the second day we'd like three of the smaller rooms. Depending on the location of the rooms, we'd also like to reserve the L140 lounge in the residence for lunch on both days. We'd definitely like to reserve L140 for dinner on Thursday evening, and possibly for both days as a hacking lounge.
